Think of Vac & Air as an extension of Leybold’s team. We use AI to make Leybold easier to do business with: engineers and maintenance buyers who look up your pumps find the right model and the right part, and buy it, without waiting on anyone. We’ve started from Leybold’s public manuals, parts lists and specifications; here’s what we’ve built so far.

Scan the tag
Put a tag on every pump you ship, or let your customers tag their own. Scanning it opens that pump: its model, specifications, manuals and the parts that fit.

Every manual, read
We read your manuals, parts lists and data sheets, and keep every figure with the page it came from.
Every part, matched
Each part number is tied to the models it fits, so a buyer gets from the model on the nameplate to the right part in one step.
Every drawing, clickable
Exploded views become drawings buyers can click: the position, the part number, the way to order it.
Every question, answered
Buyers ask in plain words and get answers from your own documents. Quote requests come to you, or to us if you'd like us to quote.

Let us quote
When a buyer asks for a quote on your parts or pumps, we answer it with your prices and lead times, under the terms you choose below.
How we’d work together
Your choice. Pick one, combine them, or propose your own.
We sell, at a distributor discount
You give us a discount off your list price. We quote, take the order and look after the buyer; how it ships (from you, or from stock we hold) is agreed with you. Our revenue is the difference.
You set the list price and the discount.
We refer buyers to you
Buyers who choose your part go to you, or to the authorised distributor you name, through a tracked link. You make the sale and keep the customer; we're paid a referral fee on the orders that came from us.
You choose where buyers go and the fee.
Something else
A flat listing fee, a fee per qualified quote request, co-marketing on the pages buyers already use. Tell us what works for you.
You propose the terms.
Whichever you choose
- Only people who have shown they work for you can change your profile, and every change is kept with who made it.
- A price is shown with the date you gave it, and hidden once it is 30 days old without an update.
- Buyers are told when we’re paid for sending them to a seller.
- You decide whether your drawings are shown; ask, and we take them down.
