Every machine gets a page: identity, location, application, manuals, parts, maintenance, service history, notes, past quotes. Scan its QR code on the plant floor to open it.

Photograph the nameplate. Vac & Air reads manufacturer, model, serial, motor and voltage, matches the Product Master, and asks you to confirm. Target: under a minute.
