Busch SE subsidiary Pangea GmbH holds roughly 64% of Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG and concluded a domination and profit-transfer agreement in March 2023. The former Busch brand centrotherm clean solutions (gas abatement) was folded into Pfeiffer in 2025.
